How I help couples find their best relationship

Working in relationships is different than working one-on-one with a therapist, and you need a therapist who has the experience and specialized training to do this. I believe relationship happiness rests not in finding the perfect person who is right for you, but having the right experiences with the person you’ve chosen. There’s often that spark that people are longing to recapture from when they first met. Working together, I help couples not only reignite the original flame, but guide their relationship to blossom into a deep, intimate, mature love. Did you know that couples who have been together longer have the best sex? I’m trained in the science of attachment to help couples achieve the closeness they’ve been yearning for.

Working with individuals - living in your best self

People come to therapy looking for different kinds of help and needing different tools at different times in their life. I have a wide range of therapeutic tools that we choose from to achieve your goals. My work is grounded in a mind-body approach, but I believe the heart of every successful outcome is safe, collaborative relationship. I work together with my clients to identify what they want to be different and help them access their internal resources so they live in their true self to create the life they want. Therapy shouldn’t be "one size fits all." The approach should be customized for each client and change as we move along the road towards greater empowerment and happiness. You can be in the life you want now.

The meeting of two personalities is like the contact of two chemical substances: if there is any reaction, both are transformed.”
